-- Approving the Jackson Jaycees request to hold the Fourth of July celebration in the City Park and contribution of $1,000 to the fireworks display.

-- Amending an ordinance about out-of-district sewer connection and special assessment fees.

Street Committee

To consider:

-- Approving a special-use permit to operate a day care center at 1320 Old Cape Road, submitted by Johnny Seabaugh of Good News Christian Center.

-- Amending the city's land subdivision regulations.

-- Authorizing Jackson Merchant's Association to use the city's parking lot adjacent to the Cape County Administration Building for Merchant's Appreciation Day on Sept. 27.

-- Accepting comments from a May 5 public hearing relative to the Gloria Street Paving Project, and confirming the tax bills as issued.

-- Approving a minor subdivision plat of Sanders Subdivision Unit No. 1, submitted by Randy Sander of J.J. & R. Sander Real Estate.
