-- Consider a motion approving Pay Request #3 (final) to Flynn Drilling Co. Inc. in the amount of $9,942 under the Water Well #6 Contract.

-- Consider a motion authorizing amendment of the budget and approving additional funding for directional boring and installation of underground electrical services in platted subdivisions.
