-- Authorized closure of Russell Street between Madison and Jefferson streets on April 13 between 8:30 a.m. and 10 a.m. for the Jackson High School Docu-Drama.
-- Approved the minor plat of a re-subdivision of Lot. No. 2 of Richardson Subdivision as submitted by Mr. and Mrs. James Joggerst.
-- Set a public hearing for 7:30 p.m. Monday, May 3, 1999, to consider the rezoning of all the property addressed as 2436 Brittany Drive from C-2 (general commercial) to R-2 (single family residential as submitted by Mr. and Mrs. James Joggerst.
-- Approved Pay Request #1 for $61,295.53 to Lappe Cement Finishing Inc. for work on East Main Street extension.
