Jackson Assembly of God to hold auction Saturday

Jackson Assembly of God will hold an auction at 10 a.m. Saturday across from Pioneer Market, 2484 Old Toll Road in Jackson. Featured items will include furniture, dishes, glassware, linens, toys, tools and gift certificates. A 1990 Ford 15-passenger van will be auctioned. Concessions, including fried pies, pies, cakes, cookies and brownies will be sold. The auctioneer will be Bob Gales. All proceeds will go directly into the new building to replace the one lost due to the expansion of Highway 25. Local businesses who wish to donate may contct the church office at 243-7420 or call Julie Bolen at 204-7239. A list of the businesses listing their items donated will be available.
