Agreements were renewed in regular action at the Jackson Board of Aldermen meeting Monday night.
Catalyst Commercial Inc. will provide retail market analysis and strategy services for another year at a rate of $950 per month, under a contract unanimously passed at the meeting.
A master agreement with Cochran Engineering of Union, Missouri, for engineering and architectural services for the city also passed unanimously.
Cochran Engineering will provide consulting services for the city on various upcoming projects, according to the March 13 agreement.
A subdivision proposal submitted by John and Ethel Priest passed with Alderwoman Wanda Young the only nay vote, and Alderwoman Katy Liley absent.
