* Hearing to discuss the past performance by the city of Jackson on behalf of the Jackson Senior Center in carrying out the city's 2002 project for the construction of the new senior center facility at 2690 Traveler's Way.

* Consider a motion accepting the results of the Jackson Citizen Survey, dated Nov. 14, 2005, as prepared and submitted by the Community Outreach Board.

* Consider a motion approving Change Order No. 1, to Big D Electric Inc., of Eldorado, Ill., for a $456.51 increase in the contract amount regarding the West Jackson Boulevard electric relocation project, phase two.

* Consider a motion establishing a policy regarding the solicitation of donations on public streets.

* Consider a motion to set a public hearing at 7:30 p.m. Dec. 19 to consider an amendment to special use permit No. 29 for the construction of a warehouse/support facility at 1402 Orchard Drive as submitted by the Reorganized School District.
