Interstate 55 reduced for shoulder repair

SIKESTON, Mo. -- Northbound Interstate 55 in Pemiscot County will be reduced to one lane Monday through Sept. 22 while Missouri Department of Transportation crews make shoulder repairs. This section of road is from one mile north of Highway 164 to Route U&J. Weather permitting, work will be done from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily. Signs will mark the work zone.
