Interstate 55 in New Madrid County reduced for pavement repairs

SIKESTON, Mo. -- Northbound Interstate 55 in New Madrid County will be reduced to one lane with a 14-foot width restriction next week while Missouri Department of Transportation crews make pavement repairs. The section of road is between Interstate 57 and U.S. 62 at Sikeston. Weather permitting, work will begin at 7:30 a.m. Monday and will be finished by 3 p.m. Thursday.
