MARBLE HILL -- Clay Hurst has joined Farmer Insurance Group as an insurance agent in the Marble Hill area.
Hurst has been involved in the insurance business five years in sales and service. He is a graduate of Woodland High School and attended Southeast Missouri State University.
He succeeds Thomas Elfrink, former Farmers agent who is retiring after more than 20 years with the company. Hurst's office will be located on First Street, across from the Marble Hill City Hall.
Hurst, his wife, Becki, and son, Travis, live in Marble Hill.
