IN NEW POSITIONS

Debbie Atchison and Misty Bell have joined Special Effects Styling Salon, 121 S. Broadview in Cape Girardeau.

Atchison, who had been working at the salon on a part-time basis, is now full time.

She previously served as manager at Regis Hair Salon and worked at other Cape Girardeau salons, including JCPenney's.

She, her husband, Clint, and two children, Cassie, 2, and Tyler, 5, live in Benton.

Bell, of Jackson, is a graduate of Stage One Hair School, and is experienced in all phases of hair color and design.
