Age: 49

Charge: One felony count of unlawfully re-entering and remaining in the United States

Sentence: 24 months in prison

Summary: Calel-Ixcoy was arrested March 7, 2010 for a traffic offense in Perry County. At that time, he was identified by by Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents as a Guatemalan citizen illegally in the United States who had a prior immigration history. He had previously been deported to Guatemala in 1995 by an immigration judge after being convicted of felony re-entry of a deported alien in 1993.
