SENTENCED

Residence: Cape Girardeau
Charge: Felon in possession of a firearm.
Sentence: 180 months in federal prison.
Summary: On Aug. 26, 2007, a warrant search of King's Good Hope Street home uncovered a Llama 9 mm pistol. King admitted to officers that the firearm was his. Due to previous felony convictions, King is barred by federal law from possessing firearms.
PLEADED GUILTY
Age: 23
Residence: Cape Girardeau
Charge: Tampering with a witness.
Summary: Quino-Teodoro admitted with his plea that on June 27 he threatened a Cape Girardeau police officer and his family when the officer spoke to him after being called to the scene of a fight. Quino-Teodoro admitted being in the country illegally and told the officer he knew his identity and where the officer's 2-year-old daughter attended day care. Quino-Teodoro threatened to kill the officer's daughter if the officer reported him to immigration authorities, making a throat-slashing motion with his hand. While en route to Cape Girardeau Police Department headquarters, Quino-Teodoro threatened to return to the United States and kill the officer and the officer's family.
