ULLIN, Ill. -- An Alexander County man died Saturday morning after being struck by a train on Canadian National railroad tracks, Illinois State Police said.
As of Saturday night, state police were still investigating the incident, which occurred about a mile and a half south of Ullin in Pulaski County.
The victim's name was being withheld pending notification of family members, said state police, who provided no other information on the incident.
