The service was part of a statewide program in which community social service agencies, including DCFS, welcomed the families and troops of returning Desert Storm guard units with briefings regarding the prevention and recognition of emerging family problems and community resources available to help.

The individuals being honored are Martin Miller of the Murphysboro Field Office, Charlette Farmer of the Cairo Field Office, Bob Cain of the Cairo Field Office, Yvonne Albright of the Cairo Field Office, and Florence English of the Cairo Field office.
