All warnings, watches and advisory associated with Thursday's ice storm have expired in Southeast Missouri.

On Wednesday night the National Weather Service issued an ice storm warning for Southeast Missouri, Southern Illinois and some areas of neighboring states. That warning was allowed to expire this morning without any new watches, warnings or advisories being issued.

But 101 AmerenUE customers were without power in the Benton, Mo., area as of 7:40 a.m., and 15 more in the Scott City area.

Currently the only local warning in effect is a flood warning for the Ohio River at Cairo, Ill., which was at 43.2 feet Thursday morning. Flood stage is 40 feet.

The weather service says minor flooding is occurring in Cairo, and more flooding is forecast. The warning is currently set to expire Tuesday.

Weather service radar shows areas of precipitation in southwest and central Missouri and areas of Southern Illinois near St. Louis, but the precipitation out west doesn't appear to be headed toward the Cape Girardeau area.

The weather service recorded 0.12 inches of precipitation at the Cape Girardeau airport between midnight and 6 a.m. The weather service says today's high will hover in the mid-30s in Cape Girardeau.

Roads are still slick in the area this morning, and there have been some reports of the slick roads causing travel problems for motorists.
