I-55 reduced to one lane in Cape Girardeau County

North and southbound Interstate 55 in Cape Girardeau County will be reduced to one lane with a 16-foot width restriction while crews with the Missouri Department of Transportation repair pavement.

This section of roadway is located from Route E at Oak Ridge to the Perry/Cape Girardeau County Line.

Weather permitting, work was scheduled to begin at 7 a.m. today and end at 4 p.m. Wednesday.
