I-55 ramp in Scott County reduced for shoulder repairs

SIKESTON, Mo. -- The southbound ramp from Highway 77 to Interstate 55 at Benton, Mo., will be reduced to one lane Wednesday as Missouri Department of Transportation crews perform shoulder repairs.

Weather permitting, the work will be done from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. The work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use caution while traveling near the area.
