Local families are needed to help board 18 members of the American Wind Symphony who still lack accommodations during the performing group's stay in Cape Girardeau this week.
The 45-member symphony arrives Thursday and will play a schedule of 10 performances at various locales between Thursday and Sunday.
The musicians are mostly young college graduates pursuing careers as music teachers or professional musicians. Host families are requested to provide breakfast and dinner for their guest or guests during the stay.
Anyone who can board one musician or more should phone Dr. Danna Cotner at 335-0791.
