On July 14, Kenneth Ray Flanagan of Hornersville, Missouri, will appear in court on charges of first-degree attempted statutory sodomy and attempted deviant sexual intercourse with another person younger than 14.

Dunklin County Prosecuting Attorney Stephen Sokoloff said an investigation by the Division of Child Protective Services found that Flanagan allegedly had sexual contact with his 4-year-old daughter between Jan. 1, 2013, and Nov. 18.

Flanagan will appear before Judge Joe Z. Satterfield at 1 p.m. in the Dunklin County District II Court in Kennett, Missouri.
