A lighting ceremony to kick off the annual Holiday of Lights display in Cape Girardeau County Park North will begin at 5:45 p.m. Wednesday at shelter No. 8.Choirs from the Salvation Army and Mid-America Teen Challenge and vocalist Miss Missouri, Patches King, will provide music.
