HOLIDAY DINNER SCHEDULED FOR VETERANS

The Area Vietnam Veterans Support Group will have its holiday group dinner today at 5:30 p.m. at the American Legion Hall.

Meat, bread and soda will be furnished. Prospective members and guests are welcome and please bring a covered dish or dessert according to the number of family you bring.

There will be a gift exchange. All adults who wish to receive a wrapped gift please purchase and bring a gender neutral non-gag gift each for each costin gno more than $5. For parents bringing children, please also bring appropriately wrapped gifts for each of them with their names on them. In addition please bring a white elephant item, to be auctioned off as a fundraiser.

The regular monthly meeting will be at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 3 at the American Legion Post 63. All Vietnam veterans, spouses and interested persons are welcomed to attend. The election of new officers will be held. For more information call Ron MacCubbin at 243-0714 or Morris Owens at 243-8257.
