The Missouri State Highway Patrol said a trooper stopped the driver of a tractor-trailer for an equipment violation Thursday night near Mayview, which east of Kansas City. After the driver acted suspiciously, the trooper received permission to search the rig and discovered the pot.
Authorities arrested Raymond McIntosh, 39, of Center, on drug-trafficking charges.
