SIKESTON, Mo. -- Highway 34 in Bollinger County, between Highway 72 and Highway 34, will be reduced to one lane with a nine-foot width restriction as contractor crews install shoulders along the roadway.  Working daily from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., construction will begin Monday and should be completed by October 2013, weather permitting.
