Highway 177 in Cape Girardeau County will be reduced to one lane today and Friday, while Missouri Department of Transportation crews make shoulder repairs. This section of road is between Route J to Route W.
Weather permitting, the work will take place from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily.

The work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.
