The program topic is Local History as Self-Discovery and is funded by the Missouri Humanities Council and the National Endowment for the Humanities. Kremer's discussion will focus on ways in which studying local history can help groups or communities understand more about themselves.

Reservations are required by Jan. 18. Tickets cost $8.50 each. Call 243-0533 for ticket information.
