A pricing game, loads of demonstrations, free samples and some shopping, all are what will draw an expected 8,000 to 10,000 people, mostly women, to the Show-Me Center this weekend for the eighth annual Heartland Women's Show.

The show, sponsored by Schnucks and KFVS12-TV, will be 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. today and noon to 5 p.m. Sunday.

Probably the most popular part of the show is the Heartland Pricing Game, said Paul Keener, director of marketing at KFVS12."It's similar to 'The Price is Right,'" he said. Those at the show sign up to participate in the game and those selected guess the prices of items."During that part of the show, it's standing room only around that stage," Keener said.

There will be fashion shows, live entertainment, shopping sponsored by the Sikeston Factory Outlets Stores and food and drink samples from Schnucks.

Advance tickets, available at Schnucks and the Show-Me Center are $2. Tickets will be $3 at the door.
