Hearing set on Kinder health care lawsuit

Court records on Tuesday show the 8th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals will hear arguments Oct. 17 in St. Paul, Minn., on Kinder's appeal of the dismissal.
Officials from 21 states have filed a court document to support Kinder's lawsuit.
