Southeast Missouri Hospital's Fitness and Wellness Center staff will offer health screenings Thursday, April 18 and 25 from 8 to noon at Southeast's Home Health office, 760 S. Kingshighway, Suite C. Cost is $5 for fingerstick cholesterol and glucose screenings and $15 for 10-hour or overnight fasting lipid profile screenings. Blood pressure screenings are free. No appointment is necessary...
