HEAD START AGENCY IN ILLINOIS SETS REGISTRATION DATES

CAIRO, Ill. -- The Shawnee Development Council-Head Start program, headquartered at Karnak, is holding preregistration for children ages 3-5 at Head Start Centers throughout Southern Illinois.

Preregistration will be held at Tamms Head Start, 2nd and Russell, on April 7; Massac County Head Start, North Avenue, Joppa, on April 8; and Perks Head Start at the old Perks school building on April 7.

Anyone who cannot attend one of the registration programs may call 618-634-9340 to receive an application by mail.
