Police interviewed people at the bus, but declined to say whether they had names of suspects.

Rider Lae Scott, 20, said the bus had made a stop downtown to pick up people before heading to several nightclubs.

She said the shooting happened moments after organizers asked some people to leave because the crowd had grown too large.
