S. SGT. RANDY G. KIPLINGER

U.S. AIR FORCE

Sgt. Ki;linger is the son of Neely and Edna McCulley of Scott City and the late Mitchell Kiplinger.

He graduated from Scott City High School in 1979, where he played football and was on the wrestling team. He joined the Air Force in 1980.

After spending three years in Germany and 15 months in Panama, Sgt. Kplinger was stationed in Biloxi, Miss., where his wife, Tammy, son Rand and daughter Tandra remain.

He was deployed to Saudi Arabia Jan. 8. His mother said he would enjoy hearing from friends in the area and he also likes snack food.
