COLUMBIA, Mo. (AP) -- Sentencing will be in November for an eastern Missouri man found guilty in the ambush killing of a Warren County grandfather.

A jury deliberated about 90 minutes on Wednesday before finding 39-year-old Jesse Snyder guilty of first-degree murder in the death of Charles Windmann, who was fatally attacked after returning home in September 2004.

Snyder is the last defendant to stand trial in the case. His brother, wife, father and a family friend were all charged. Robert Snyder is serving life in prison for first-degree murder. Jesse Snyder's wife, Jamie, and Curtis Martin reached plea deals.

And Snyder's father, Joseph Snyder Sr., killed himself when police surrounded his home.
