GUEST SPEAKERS

POPLAR BLUFF -- Liz Curtis Higgs, a humorist from Lousiville, Ky., and Kathy Buckley of California will be keynote speakers during the annual Women Aware Conference to be held at Three Rivers Junior College at Poplar Bluff Aug. 8.

This year's theme is "The Juggling Act." Women have many responsibilities that they juggle daily marriage, children, career, homemaking, friendships.

A total of 24 "breakout sessions" will be offered during the conference, including self-esteem, coping with single life, how to succeed with a home-based business, cosmetic surgery, health issue and others.

Higgs will be luncheon speaker. She is a wife, mother, career woman, and full-time people watcher.

Buckley, of Milt Wright, Associates, Inc., of California, is a motivational speaker and comedienne.
