Sheila Gross submitted the treasurer's report with a village balance of $119,824.76, which was accepted. Action on other city ordinances was deferred until the next meeting.

Gross was also selected for a scholarship to attend the Missouri Municipal League convention in Kansas City, Mo. The scholarship will pay for the majority of her expenses.

The board discussed the sales tax holiday. They will review it again later.
