Grant Roseman of Jackson, 15, took the top honor in the 63rd annual Southeast Missouri Regional Science Fair on Tuesday, March 5, 2019, at the Show Me Center in Cape Girardeau. As a result of winning, Roseman now gets to compete in the Intel International Science and Engineering Fair on May 12 to 17 in Phoenix.
