GIRL SCOUTS PLAN NEWSPAPER RECYCLING DAY SATURDAY
Local Girl Scouts are sponsoring a newspaper recycling day Saturday in conjunction with BFI and Schnucks. Individuals are asked to bring newspapers in paper bags or cardboard boxes to the drop-off point in the Schnucks parking lot from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Scouts will be available to unload the newspapers from cars. BFI, a solid-waste company, will pay the Scouts for the recycled newspapers collected.
