GARDEN CLUB ANNUAL SALE SATURDAY
SCOTT CITY -- The Sunny Village Garden Club will have its annual plant sale Saturday in front of Dollar General Store here. The sale is from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Members will have annuals, perennials, hanging baskets, tomato and pepper plants for sale. Proceeds will go toward such projects as beautifying Scott City Park, planters in east Scott City, and the Chamber of Commerce sign.
The club also provides a scholarship for a student interested in horticulture, conservation or other related fields.
