Submitters are asked to create an original black and white design that illustrates the theme "Friends of the Library."

No wording is necessary, and no computer-generated art will be accepted.

The contest is open to all ages, and prizes will be given in five categories: pre-kindergarten-grade 2, grades 3-5, grades 6-8, grades 9-12, and adult.

Winners will be announced at the first annual Friends of the Riverside Regional Library meeting Aug. 9.
