Former governor Blagojevich's book not out but already on sale

CHICAGO -- Ousted Illinois governor Rod Blagojevich's new book doesn't come out until September, but it's already on sale.
Online retailer Amazon.com is allowing orders for his book, "The Governor," for 34 percent off list price. The hardcover is selling for $16.47.

The book is due out Sept. 8 and promises to tell "the truth behind the political scandal that continues to rock the nation."
Illinois lawmakers impeached Blagojevich and threw him out of office in January after the Chicago Democrat was arrested on federal corruption charges.
Blagojevich is accused of trying to sell President Barack Obama's old Senate seat for personal and political gain. He's pleaded not guilty and is set to stand trial next summer.
