The walk-in clinics for flu shots at the Cape Girardeau County Public Health Center have been postponed until the second week in October.

The clinics were to begin Tuesday, but there has been a delay in the government's delivery of flu vaccine, according to the health center.

The walk-in clinics at the center will begin Oct. 12.

The other clinics the health center has scheduled for today and next week will be held as planned. Those are at the Cape Girardeau Senior Center from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. today, the Jackson Nutrition Center from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday and the Delta Community Center from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday.
