RIVERS
Black (above Clearwater): Clear, 3 1/3' above normal and falling; bass and goggle-eye good on worms; all other fishing slow.
Castor (above Zalma): Clear, normal; bass fair on live bait and topwater lures; sunfish good on small minnows, crickets and worms; all other fishing slow.
Current: Clear, near normal; all species fair to good.
Eleven Point: Dingy, 1 1/2' above normal; all fishing slow.
Jack's Fork: Clear, normal; smallmouth bass and goggle-eye good on small plastic worms and jigs; bluegill good on jigs; all other species slow.
James (below Hooten Town): GooMississippi (below Charlestown): Muddy, falling; catfish fair on trotlines and pole and line on crayfish and nightcrawlers.
Mississippi (above St. Louis): Murky, 2' high; drum good on worms; catfish fair on variety of baits; all other fishing slow.
St. Francis (below Wappapello): High, muddy; catfish fair on trotlines.
St. Francis (above Wappapello): Clear, normal; all species fair on live bait.
LAKES
Bull Shoals (East): Dingy, 20' above normal; black bass fair on Salty Craws, plastic worms and some spinnerbaits; catfish fair on nightcrawlers and other live bait; bluegill good on nightcrawlers; all other fishing slow.
Bull Shoals (K-Dock): No report given.
Clearwater: Clear, 14' above normal; black crappie fair on minnows and plugs using trolling method; black bass fair on spinnerbaits; white bass fair on shiny lures; bluegill good on crickets and worms along shoreline; catfish fair on minnows using juglines; carp good on corn; all other fishing slow.
Duck Creek: Clear, normal; bass good on plastic worms, spinnerbaits and topwater lures; bluegill fair to good on crickets and worms; catfish fair on cut bait; crappie slow; vegetation 80 percent.
Lake of the Ozarks (Bagnell tailwaters): Normal, muddy; black bass fair; all other fishing slow.
Lake of the Ozarks (Glaize): Murky to muddy; catfish and white bass good; crappie and bluegill fair; all other fishing slow.
Lake of the Ozarks (Gravois): Murky; catfish good; black bass fair; crappie slow to fair; white bass slow.
Lake of the Ozarks (Niangua): Slightly cloudy; black bass good early and late on plastic worms and spinnerbaits; white bass fair to good trolling points with deep running lures; crappie slow; walleye fair fishing deep with nightcrawlers; bluegill fair on worms and jigs.
Lake of the Ozarks (Osage): Murky to muddy; catfish and white bass good; crappie and bluegill fair; all other fishing slow.
Table Rock (James River Arm): Clear, 5' above power pool; black bass good on grub and nightcrawlers, white spinnerbaits; bluegill good on earthworms; white bass fair on topwater early morning and late evening; catfish good on trotlines and limblines; all other fishing slow.
Wappapello: 3' high and falling; discharge 2880 CFS, 332.65 tailwater; bluegill good on crickets; crappie fair on minnows and jigs; bass good early morning and late evening on buzzbaits. NOTE: Anglers are encouraged to harvest bass under 11 inches (daily limit 6) to reduce the numbers of small bass in Wappapello Lake.
TROUT AREAS
Bennett Spring: Off color, slightly up; trout good.
Maramec Spring: Clear, normal; fishing good.
Montauk: Clear, normal; rainbow trout good in early a.m.
Roaring River: Above normal, slightly dingy; trout good.
