A car fire in Cape Girardeau Wednesday morning may have been intentionally set. When officers arrived at 519 N. Middle St. around 2:30 a.m., a blue Pontiac was on fire, police spokesman Jason Selzer said. According to witnesses, the vehicle's owner and a neighbor had been involved in an ongoing dispute, Selzer said.
