MARBLE HILL, Mo. -- A fire off County Road 302 destroyed a machine shed early Wednesday.
Marble Hill fire chief Jim Bollinger said that shortly before 5 a.m. crews responded to the scene one mile north of Highway 34 and found the machine shop fully engulfed. A Ford Mustang, tools and equipment were also destroyed.
A travel trailer six feet away from the shed sustained damage on one side after a large canopy over the trailer melted, Bollinger said.
By 6:30 a.m. firefighters from Marble Hill, Glenallen and North County had contained the blaze. Bollinger said no one was injured in the fire.
