Residence: Kennett, Mo.

Charge: Felon in possession of a firearm.

Sentence: 188 months in prison.

Details: Payne admitted to burglarizing the Modern Day Veterans Post in Kennett, stealing a .38-caliber derringer on July 20. He was arrested July 23.

~ Name: Lee Armstrong

Age: 28

Residence: Caruthersville, Mo.

Charge: Felon in possession of a firearm.

Sentence: 180 months in prison.

Details: Armstrong was arrested June 27 for exchanging crack cocaine for a handgun with a confidential informant.
