The following information was released by the office of federal prosecutor Catherine Hanaway for defendants who appeared in federal court Monday before U.S. District Judge Charles A. Shaw.

SENTENCED

Name: Charles E. Jones

Age: 29

Residence: Cape Girardeau

Charge: Two counts of cocaine distribution.

Sentence: 120 months in prison.

Details: Jones admitted that on April 25, 2003, he sold 11.9 grams of crack cocaine for $500 to an undercover officer. He later sold 7.8 grams of crack to the undercover officer on June 4, 2003.

Name: Jimmy A. Jordan

Age: 33

Residence: Scott County

Charge: Possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute.

Sentence: 70 months in prison.

Details: Jordan was arrested July 15, 2005, while fleeing from Southeast Missouri Drug Task Force officers attempting to apprehend him on a warrant. During the pursuit, officers found a lock box containing meth packaged in small bags. The keys to the lock box were located near Jordan, who was found under a house trailer near Sikeston, Mo. On his person, Jordan had $2,262 in cash.

Name: Christopher E. Lott

Age: 26

Residence: Hayti, Mo.

Charge: Possession of a firearm by a felon.

Sentence: 28 months in prison.

Details: The U.S. Marshal's Office arrested Lott for supervised release violation and found a .22-caliber revolver, loaded with six rounds of ammunition, in his waistband. Due to previous felony convictions, Lott is prohibited from possessing a firearm.

PLEADED GUILTY

Name: Amy Ayers

Age: 27

Residence: Cape Girardeau

Charge: Concealing a person from arrest.

Sentence Range: Up to five years imprisonment and a $250,000 fine.

Details: During a search for Barrett Swan, who was indicted on cocaine distribution and possession of a firearm by a felon, officers from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives contacted Ayers twice about Swan's whereabouts. Ayers, who had a relationship with Swan, denied knowledge of where he was. The two were later caught fleeing a Miner, Mo., hotel together.

Name: Ladonta D. Williams

Age: 23

Residence: Sikeston, Mo.

Charge: Possession of cocaine with intent to distribute.

Sentence Range: Up to life imprisonment and a $2 million fine.

Details: During a search of Williams' home Feb. 16, officers found 8.5 grams of crack cocaine and $776 in cash. Williams said he had outstanding warrants for his arrest and figured he would make money selling drugs in the meantime before going to prison.
