The following information was released by the office of federal prosecutor Catherine Hanaway for defendants who appeared in federal court Tuesday before U.S. District Judge Charles A. Shaw:
SENTENCED
Name: Randy Green
Age: 47
Residence: Sikeston, Mo.
Charge: Conspiracy to distribute 500 grams or more of methamphetamine.
Sentence: 240 months in prison, followed by supervised release for 10 years.
Details: Green admitted that he was provided meth by an out-of-state resident and then sold the drugs in Missouri. He admitted to being a leader of more than five people who were distributing meth for him. When he was arrested Nov. 9, 2005, officers found $13,892 in drug proceeds.
