One person is dead after a two-vehicle crash Thursday in Perry County.
At about 1:30 p.m., 74-year-old Dorty Counterman of St. Mary, Mo., was killed in a collision with a 1994 Freightliner on Route H just east of County Road 950 in Perry County.
A report by patrolman Justin Wheatley, of the Missouri State Highway Patrol Troop C, said the vehicle driven by Counterman was traveling westbound on Route H when it crossed the centerline and crashed into the tractor-trailer.
Zachary J. Buchheit, 25, of Oak Ridge was the driver of the tractor-trailer. He was uninjured.
The patrol investigated the crash with members of the Perry County sheriff's office.
