Rose taught middle-school science and coached high school baseball in the Fordland district. He was charged after the superintendent contacted police in early 2010 about the allegations.

The boys told investigators that Rose invited them to sleep at his home and fondled them while they slept.

Rose was sentenced to six years on each of the two counts. The sentences will run concurrently.
