Rick Braswell with Cotner Electric installs a pink gel on one of the lights of the Bill Emerson Memorial Bridge Monday, Sept. 30, 2013 in Cape Girardeau. The bridge will glow pink at night as part of Pink Up Cape through October for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Cotner Electric donates its time and equipment for the cause.
