The Cape County American Red Cross will conduct an area-wide emergency preparedness training Saturday at Franklin Elementary School in Cape Girardeau from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Courses will be given in adult CPR, first aid, and disaster preparedness. A children's first aid course will also be given.

The cost of the adult CPR and first aid course is $30, which includes lunch. All disaster courses and first aid for children courses are free.
